Almeria, Spain. Villa La Vida
is a spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa that will sleep up
to 12 people. It is fully air-conditioned throughout all 5
bedrooms and in the lounge, dining and kitchen area.
Views are across the Rio Antas gauge to the small town of
Antas, and more distant are the Sierra Cabrera mountain
range and Mojacar Pueblo set high on a hill.
Entrance is gained via its own gates up a winding drive
through mature orange trees. There is a turning circle and a
double garage at the front of the property.
Inside there is a large open salon with a separate large
dining area leading to the kitchen. All three areas are
separate but have been designed in an open-plan format to
create a large living area. The lounge has comfortable
chairs and settees around a stone and marble fireplace.
There is a large wide-screen TV, DVD, satellite TV and CD
music system. Two sets of double doors open onto a rear
terrace overlooking the pool area, with its spacious sun
terraces and gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor, microwave etc. The dining
area has a large table with 10 chairs. Two sets of doors
lead onto the raised terrace overlooking the pool, where
there is a further large table and chairs for dining
alfresco.
Downstairs there is also a utility room with a washing
machine and a second fridge together with a family bathroom
and 2 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is a twin, the other a
double with en-suite, both with wardrobes. Doors from the
double bedroom lead out onto a covered terrace overlooking
the pool.
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms and another family
bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a large
en-suite bathroom and access to an outside terrace at the
rear. There is another double bedroom at the rear , again
with access to the outside terrace, and includes a double
bed and a set of bunk beds. To the front there is a further
double bedroom. All upstairs bedrooms have wardrobes. From
the upstairs landing there is also a door leading out onto a
large external terrace to the side of the villa overlooking
the tennis court.
To the rear of the property is a large kidney shape 14m x 8m
mosaic-tiled pool with springboard and integral seating. The
pool can be heated for an extra cost. There is a separate
spa pool immediately next to the main pool and a further
separate jacuzzi. Large terraces surround the pool with
ample sun beds and a pergola with hammocks offers another
area for relaxing. To one side of the pool is a full size
tennis court. To the other side is a private courtyard with
pool-house including a separate toilet and washroom. There
is a large barbeque with tables and chairs in this area too.
By the tennis court is a further pergola area for shade.
The garden, pool and all terrace areas are well equipped
with sun beds, tables, chairs and parasols.
